Phobya 2-Component Thermal Glue

The possible uses for a thermal glue are many and it is mainly used to connect two components and ensure thermal transfer between them.

To keep the glue fresh and prevent hardening, will be sent in two components to be mixed for the glue to become active. The components must be mixed in a ratio of four to one: 4 parts of the black liquid and 1 part of the translucent liquid. The contents of the syringes are accurate in this relationship!

A major problem with most types of thermal glue is that they are basically a thermal insulator. With this thermal glue, this problem is solved: A thermal conductivity of almost 1 W/mK is enough for most applications.
