EK - TIM Indigo Xtreme represents an entirely new approach to high-performance cooling of your CPU. There is a so-called "Engineered Thermal Interface" (ETI) that fits between the CPU and cooler (water block or heatsink). EK - TIM Indigo Xtreme makes your CPU cooler - Much cooler!

Indigo Xtreme is a self-contained and sealed structure (EIT), which includes Phase Change Metallic Alloy (PCMA) that adapts and fills all the surface asperities on the CPU and heat sink. PCMA or Phase Change Metallic Alloy typically melts at temperatures between 60-100ø C and is configured to melt and solidify several times, depending on the temperature of the electronic components it?s interconnected with. Indigo Xtreme PCMA is an indium-based alloy, melting at approx. 70 ø C.

Indigo Xtreme achieves extremely high thermal performance through optimum utilization of the oxide-free PCMA, providing incredibly low contact resistance!
