A lot of noise from the cabinet comes from fan resonance, where the fan is out of balance and gives vibrations to the cabinet.
These are almost impossible to avoid and there is only one way to tackle them, namely an anti-vibration ring between the cabinet and fan.
The Cooltek ring is made of very soft silicone, which absorbs a great deal of the resonance and helps you to get rid of the last noise.
